You pay for the number of people you plan (resources) and the number of people who can change the plan (editors). Viewers are not counted.
Annual billing saves 20% compared with paying quarterly.

New workspaces can start a 30-day Pro trial. No payment card is required. If you don't choose a paid plan before it ends, the workspace returns to Free.
Renewal and changes
- Paid plans renew manually; nothing is charged automatically.
- Upgrading from Starter to Pro is prorated for the rest of your period.
- Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the paid period.
